2009

Started with a dedicated team of 6, serving 120 MBBS hostel students in Bhopal, laying the foundation of hygienic food practices.

2012–2015

Expansion to medical college hostels, nursing students, and hospital patients, adapting to large-scale dietary requirements.

2018

Second major campus became fully operational in Indore, replicating our centralized kitchen systems successfully.

2024+

Scaling up to 13 active kitchens across 3 campuses, managed by 90+ professionals with a 15,000 meals/day capacity.

Founder

Started his hospitality career in the late 90s, mastering the art of service and kitchen management. He eventually rose to the position of General Manager at a 3-star hotel.

In 2009, he founded Shri Sai Food Solutions with a modest team of 6, recognizing the immense need for standardized, quality food in the institutional sector.
